Dear Sirs,

I am writing this letter to tell you how impressed I was with Mr. Kyle Beavert in my mortgage aquisition process. Kyle spent hours in multiple meetings with me just educating me on the loan process, and making me feel confident and comfortable in the decisions I needed to thoughtfully consider in making such big decisions. He was extremely patient and respectful, and as a teacher myself I can commend him on his ability to "educate" and "show me the ropes in a way that made understanding a "foreign concept" (i.e. the mortgage loan process) very comprehensible. His professionalism and use of humor, in addition to his dedication to a very complicated case, are what make me so grateful to have had him as my agent. He truly was a joy to work with, and I will recommend him highly in the future to anyone I know in the market for a loan mortgage.
